ABOUT THIS RESEARCH

Research was conducted to explore the difficulties working parents encounter when planning and preparing healthy meals. The research identified a lack of time, the diverse dietary needs of families and the need for available resources to be nutritious and the tendency to opt for convenient yet less healthy meal options when available resources are not adequate.
